  • Lead Industrial Designer on Wash category supporting new development of Crosswave platforms launching in 2026 and 2027 and advanced concepts.

  • Design Lead on the Little Green Mini, a highly successful product launch that became a viral, social-media-driven hit, recognized for its compact form, powerful cleaning performance, and intuitive user experience.

  • Own design execution from concept generation through production CAD delivery, prototyping, and manufacturing handoff.

  • Lead team of designers including CMF, User interface development, and graphics to gate reviews driving design direction and coordinating on-time delivery of project assets.

2014-2016 I worked on the food division, including Rubbermaid, Foodsaver, and Ball. In 2017 I transitioned over to the Baby and Parenting division. Lead as well as contributing member on a number of Rubbermaid programs.

I worked on projects as both a contributing member and project lead. As lead, I would develop project briefs, client proposals, and manage the project and timeline. We worked with a number of West Michigan contract office furniture, appliance, and lighting companies. We also lead design thinking workshops with customers, and as part of a collaborative effort with GVSU to students in Nicaragua.
